Old mill from 1744 renovated
The house is completely surrounded by greenery and has a beautiful garden with olive trees, shaded by a large oak. It is an old mill on the Via Dell'Acqua in the municipality of Casciana Terme Lari, a few kilometers from the spa. It still has the old brick floor and the old doors which, combined with a large fireplace and the Carrara marble sink in the kitchen, allow you to experience a dip in the past. It is accessed by a 950 meter long dirt road, not suitable for low cars, but which guarantees, once arrived, that you can enjoy extreme privacy. About 40 minutes by car from Pisa airport, it is in an ideal position to visit the main attractions of Tuscany in a day: Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lajatico or even reach very beautiful beaches in 30 kilometers. like those of Cecina and its surroundings.
