Come and enjoy The Lake House, situated just a few meters away from lake Lugano. At The Lake House you can truly take in the view, relax and experience Switzerland in all its beauty.



The property is located on a quiet street in front of Lake Lugano and includes a maisonette house with terrace, a balcony and a private parking space. On the ground floor there is one bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and a private terrace with barbecue. On the first floor you will find an open space kitchen/dining room, another bedroom, a large balcony overlooking the terrace and a smaller balcony for dining.

The property has a modern look, which combined with the location provides a relaxing atmosphere for anyone wishing to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.



The area around Caslano is disseminated with panoramic paths between lake and mountains and the village is full of charming churches and ancient buildings.
