This was our second stay at degli Orafi and the service was even better than we'd remembered. There were lots of touches we really appreciated: beautiful bedding, good-sized and plentiful towels, a bowl of fruit on arrival, turn-down service, and more. Check in and check out were friendly and efficient and the staff at the front desk were all helpful. In fact, that's true of all the staff we had dealings with at the hotel. We splashed out and paid for an executive room with a view ... lovely. And the location is as good as you can get in Florence. Two happy customers.
