Okay for the night

We needed a place to stay for the night and it was a good bed and clean towels. The hotel was located in an okay part of town, but not great. Breakfast was standard fare, but the coffee wasn't very strong. It was good for a night but we likely won't stay here again.

Ok stay

Passing through Casper spent 1 night. The check-in was ok, they were quite busy but managed. The room was quite spacious and furniture was not too old, the bed was good and linen clean. The bathroom is tiny and quite dated, also needs better cleaning and a new shower curtain. Water pressure and temperature was great. The A/C was set to super cold and was quite noisy. The area is not the best, there’s road construction all around and just looks like a truck stop. We didn’t eat breakfast there, so cannot comment. The staff was ok.

When we arrived there was no water so we couldn’t use the bathroom for about an hour. The pool was empty & without water the whole time. The lobby & hallways smelled HORRIBLE - like cigarette smoke mixed with something rotten. Netflix would NOT work & the front desk was no help at all. However, I was very impressed with one lady at the front desk when she upgraded my room from a single queen bed to 2 queen beds when my kids decided to join me on my trip at the last second - this lady was kind & VERY helpful.
