Blood on the pillow cases, hair in the shower, dirty floor. wifi and television did not work. Cops showed up all three days I was there. The first room we were assigned already had someone staying in it. I expected nothing fancy but for 92 dollars a night I could have at least stayed somewhere clean and safe. But the front desk staff, the young lady was very kind and helpful.

I requested a handicapped room and they confirmed i had been booked into one but the door wouldn't open, turned out the handle was broken. When they assigned me to another room, it wasn't handicapped. I need a handicapped room so that i can shower and this was not an option. Also, it seemed like a lot of the people there were living there. It seemed yucky. Won't be returning.

My room had a VERY loud air conditioner. I had to shut it down when I tried to sleep. The light outside my window was so bright it bled in around the curtains. Overall it was not a great stay.

The property was unsanitary, no clean towels the towels had permeant stains on them, I also saw roaches in the room and the refrigerator had rust inside at the bottom. The biggest issue was the open hole in the ceiling right over the toilet inside the bathroom which made me feel really uncomfortable and I notified the front desk about it but I was told they couldn't change my room because all the rooms had been booked and the hot water wasn't working the first day I was there.

I was appalled by the dinginess and condition of the room. The curtains were torn. The entry door handle was held on with duct tape. The front desk clerk is incompetent and has no knowledge of the area - first assigned a room that that hadn’t been cleaned then gave us a room with no functioning key; did not know where the business district was.

For $50 a night you get what you pay for

The exterior is very run down and needs updating. The locks on the door stuck, which made it hard to open. The deadbolt was also broken off on the inside. The room next to me had a broken screen on the windows and I saw a cat come in and out of the room. My room smelled a little like cats because of this.

When I checked in the clerk wanted to charge me, even though I had already paid through Expedia until I showed him my receipt. When I got to my hotel room, the door was open and when I closed it, it wouldn’t open again even with the key. I had to use force to open it. There was a lady next door who kept yelling on top of her lungs since early in the morning all through the day and night. I did call the front clerk to complain, but nothing was done about it. I don’t know who she was yelling at because I couldn’t hear any other voices, it was pretty annoying. The room was also very cold. I kept turning off the AC from time to time to regulate the temperature in the room. Overall, I did not like this hotel. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend it. My stay was four nights which I managed to survive.

Disappointed

The heat fan was loud, could not sleep with it on. I asked for an extra blanket to keep me warm. Tv remote wouldn't work so went to office and they said maintenance will be down and never saw them. The room above me I could hear the creaks in all their steps. The stairs to the upper outdoor floors are concrete slabs and metal and were very noisy.

Poor hotel all around

Via the booking and signs on site there was to be no fee for animals. They charged me a 25$ fee for declaring my dog. I have stayed at many Motel 6 over the years and have never been charged this fee, including this one. There were holes in the hotel room walls and the shower handle was broken. I would not recommend staying at this specific Motel 6. Again I have never had issues at other Motel 6 just this one.

Loud next door, and above motel guests. Too much DOG NOISE(barking and dog noises.) it snowed and the heater didn't work in our room so we were really cold most of the night, however, the management did have us move into a better room.

The toilet was broken at the base so almost tip over when using, the air conditioner is louder than my diesel truck & absolutely gummed up with dirt, shower wasn’t cleaned properly/fully, obviously no one knows how to dust above doors/mirrors, bed is older than me & pillows lacked any support

I was denied my stay because the person working kept over charging my card, so my card kept declining I called my card and they stated they were charging my card 88 dollars and I was only supposed to pay 74, and when I explained to them what my card stated they then got very rude and kept saying I wasn't allowed to stay there and that they would call the cops on me
