This large apartment with shared swimming pool is located in a villa from the sixties in a hilly area near Sassetta, at an altitude of 500 meters.

In the villa there is yet another apartment. This charming apartment has been comfortably furnished and is equipped with all amenities. In the well-equipped kitchen you can of course prepare a delicious Tuscan meal during your stay. The fireplace provides pleasant warmth on cooler days. In summer, enjoy the sun outside or, in the shade of the chestnut trees in the garden, with a good book. It is also nice to relax by the swimming pool, which you share with the other guests.

You will find shops and a restaurant in Sassetta, 1 kilometer away. For a day of sun, sea and beach, head to Marina Castagneto Carducci, located 12 kilometers away. There is also a unique botanical garden here, which belongs to the owner. This garden is only open to guests, and it is definitely worth a visit. Culture lovers can find what they are looking for in the beautiful cities of Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno and Grosseto.
