House in the middle of fields. Picturesque surroundings. Peace, quiet, safety. Very friendly owners. There is a dog, a cat, ducks, peacocks. Beautiful view of the town on the hill from the pool. A few minutes by car to the nearest beach. Great internet. I spent a wonderful time there with my son. We will gladly come back here. Best regards Tomasz and Eryk.

Keine Mückenschutzgitter!! und aufgrund fehlender Klimaanlage eine Bullenhitze im Zimmer - schlafen nahezu unmöglich. Checkout nicht wie angegeben um 11.00 Uhr sondern schon um 10.00 Uhr. Frühstück geht gar nicht. Am schlimmsten der Zustand der Toilettenbrille, völlig abgeplatzter Lack. Positiv waren Freundlichkeit der Betreiber und kostenlose Parkplätze.

Specificare dettagliatamente che le stanze non hanno il bagno privato ma solo in comune. Inoltre non c'è l'aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore e in più dovendo tenere aperte le finestre non ci sono le zanzariere personalmente mi hanno massacrata.

Una grossa mancanza per tutte: il bagno non in camera come descritto, ma all'estero e in comune. Arredamento minimale e fatiscente, insonorizzazione inesistente. Biancheria e camera puliti, accogliente il proprietario, come l'ambiente esterno. Non vale 90 euro. La descrizione della camera non rispecchia la realtà.

la struttura è una bella casa immersa nel verde in campagna. Posizione ottimale per Castelfidardo, Loreto, Recanati. Le camere non dispongono di bagno privato e bisogna condividerlo con altre camere (pulizia e igiene non perfette). Arredamento (e anche lenzuola) datate. E' la classica casa della nonna e così è rimasta (negli arredi e nei complementi d'arredo)... e anche nelle ragnatele
