Nice apartment completely renovated and charming located in the Politur Urbanization of Platja d'Aro. It consists of two bedrooms, one of them double and the other single, a complete bathroom, a very bright living-dining room and a well-equipped American-style kitchen. It has a 30 m2 terrace. It has air conditioning and heating. Possibility of accessing the pool of the Restaurant ele 'Caracol' a few meters from the building. This apartment is very close to the sea, less than 10 minutes walk, from Cala Rovira and the center of Platja d'Aro.
