Schöner Urlaub in Italien mit Zirpkonzert

Ein sehr schönes Haus für einen Familienurlaub. Einfahrt war am ersten Tag etwas abenteuerlich, aber dann hatten wir den Dreh raus. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht und auch alle weiteren Geräte sind vorhanden. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Insektennetze in allen Fenstern. Grandioser Ausblick zur Bucht, da haben wir gleich die Gelegenheit genutzt und diesen an der Erinnerungswand verewigt. Einzige nervige Sache sind die nachts bellenden Hunde, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Gabi und Peter!

Schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren für knappe 2 Wochen hier. Allles was man braucht findet sich in der direkten, näheren Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Das freistehende Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und liegt wirklich idyllisch. Zum Thema Strand: Die Strände sind sowohl fussläufig als auch mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Leider sind die Strände ab frühen Miitag bis zum Abend hoffnungslos überfüllt. Wasser und Strand sind dann in dieser Zeit auch nicht mehr wirklich sauber. Wer mit dem Auto versucht in Strändnähe zu parken braucht Nerven. Wir selber sind meist morgens ab 08.30 bis 10.30 zum Schwimmen ans Meer gefahren/gegangen. Dann ist es wirklich noch nicht so sehr überlaufen. Leider sind auch hier fast alle Strandabschnitte in "Badeanstalten" aufgeteilt, was mit unserer Vorstellung eines Urlaubs am Meer massiv kollidiert. Der Ort Santa Maria strahlt besonders abends beim Spaziergang durch die Gassen viel Charme aus, leider auch viel zu oft den Geruch nach Kanalisation.

Schnuckeliges Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir, zwei Erwachsene mit 17-jährigem Sohn, haben eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche im Juli auf diesem idyllischen Anwesen verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und charmant renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir haben alles bestens vorgefunden, es hat an nichts gemangelt und gratis gab's von einer großen Terrasse einen traumhaften Ausblick auf Berge und Meer mit Sonnenuntergang. Wir sind von der Haustür aus zum Einkaufen, ans Meer und zum Örtchen Castellabate gegangen. Auch schöne Wanderungen in den umliegenden Hügeln waren möglich. Die antiken Städte Paestum um Pompeji lassen sich mit dem Auto gut erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war absolut unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren dort als Familie mit 4 Personen für 7 Nächte im Juni. Das freistehende Haus ist an einem Hügel etwas oberhalb von San Marco di Castellabate gelegen. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber und perfekt eingerichtet vorgefunden. Das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse, von der man einen spektakulären Blick auf San Marco und das Meer hat. Die Terrasse hat Liegestühle, eine Sitzgruppe und einen Tisch, an der man wunderbar frühstücken und andere Mahlzeiten einnehmen kann. Außerdem sind mehrere Sonnensegel vorhanden, so dass man zu jeder Uhrzeit im Schatten sitzen kann. Die Terrasse ist wirklich perfekt! Die Lage des Hauses oberhalb des Ortes ist für den Fernblick fantastisch. Sie erfordert jedoch ein Auto, da es zu Fuss zu weit ist. Die Strände in der Umgebung lassen sich mit dem Auto in ca. 10 min erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist sogar direkt in der Nähe, was sehr praktisch ist. Die deutschen Eigentümer des Hauses sind sehr kommunikativ und bei Bedarf jederzeit über WhatsApp oder Telefon zu erreichen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Merveilleuses vacances à San Marco

Trois semaines de vacances de rêve à Lucertola. La villa est parfaite pour quatre. Spacieuse, fraîche, malgré les records de chaleur de ce mois d août, nous n avons pas eu trop chaud les nuits. La vue est à couper le souffle. Nous avons chaque soir admiré le coucher de soleil sur la mer. Plages superbes à santa maria à 3 km et à deux km une plage magnifique sur San Marco. Visite d erculanum, paestum, veolia, grottes, la région est riche en visites, le cilento magnifique. Nos deux chiens se sont plus aussi, le jardin est grand et bien clôturé, ils ont pu jouer dehors. Supermarché très proche. Accueil parfait, un peu compliqué car nous ne parlons pas italien, mais Francesco a été très gentil et nous sommes arrivés à nous comprendre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir mais sûrement en juin ou septembre pour avoir moins de monde qu en août. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour nous avoir fait confiance.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad hatte reichlich Abstellflächen, alles ist sehr geräumig. Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. eine gespannte Wäscheleine und vorhandene Wäscheklammern machen den Aufenthalt extrem unkompliziert. Die Fliegengitter ringsum haben uns besonders gefreut. So konnten wir problemlos in heißen Nächten auch die Fenster geöffnet lassen. Ein Traum ist die Terrasse mit ihrem Meerblick. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht einmal genutzt. Fern aufs Meer sehen auf gemütlichen Stühlen war jeden Abend wieder ein Erlebnis. Francesco, der Objektbetreuer vor Ort war sehr nett und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Lieben Dank auch an ihn. Dass die Mülltrennung nun auch im Süden Italiens angekommen ist, hat uns sehr gefreut. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, irgendwann noch mal wiederzukommen.

Casa Lucertola agosto 2020

La casa è su una collina con un bel panorama e in una zona tranquilla e ventilata. L’accoglienza è ottima e la casa è ben equipaggiata salvo che per Wi Fi e Tv Con pochi canali italiani, scelta che condividiamo, meglio il panorama e un buon libro! Tutti i servizi sono vicini bisogna però andare in macchina perché la strada non ha il marciapiede. Il Cilento è magnifico e quindi affollato nei mesi estivi ma la casa offre un’oasi di tranquillità!

Wunderbarer Urlaub im Cilento

Von unseren Sommerferien in der Casa Lucertola in Castellabate können wir nur Gutes berichten. Das Haus war für unsere Familie (4 Personen) sehr geräumig, die Schlafzimmer erfreulich groß mit auch hohen Decken, die Räume lassen sich gut lüften, durch die überall vorhandenen Insektenschutzgitter waren wir auch nicht sehr von Stechmücken geplagt. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist modern und für ein Ferienhaus verblüffend komplett, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wie schon mehrere Gäste berichtet haben, ist das Haus, insbesondere auch die Küche modern und komplett eingerichtet, alles war bereits bei Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. So haben wir uns sofort wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist groß, schön angelegt mit wunderbarem Blick auf das nahe Meer, durch die komplette Umzäunung hatte unser Hund viele Freiheiten draussen. Die Sonnenuntergänge von der großen Terrasse aus zu beobachten war einfach wunderschön. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Waschmaschine und eine zweite Toilette. Die Bertreuung vor Ort war vorbildlich, wir haben alles sehr genau erklärt und bei einem kleinen Problem auch sofort Hilfe bekommen, dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön. Man muss akzeptieren, dass es im August in Italien um Ferragosto lebhaft zugeht und so waren die Nächte durch Veranstaltungen in San Marco anfangs nicht immer ruhig (Ende August wurde es deutlich besser), auch die zahlreichen Hunde stören die Nächte mitunter etwas, was wir aber nicht als schlimm empfunden haben. In der Umgebung haben wir einen schönen Strand gefunden, an welchen wir unseren Hund auch mitnehmen konnten, Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung haben wir zahlreich unternommen. Wer die weite Anreise nach Süditaliennicht scheut, wird in der Casa Lucertola mit einem wunderbaren Urlaub belohnt.

Casa in posizione strategica x il panorama che ti permette di vedere e x la pace..appena più su rispetto al mare. Casa completa di tutto spaziosa e con una terrazza esterna grande x pranzi e cene all'aperto...Bellissimi gli ospiti serali..i gechi che catturano gli insetti!! Siamo stati molto bene,anche l'accoglienza e l'assistenza del sig. Franco è stata efficiente. La Zona del Cilento molto bella, molto verde e costa stupenda. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa sopratutto se avete un cane....xché è ben recintata ed ha un bel spazio esterno! Un Saluto dalla Famiglia Macchioni.

Maison idéale pour les vacances

La maison est bien aménagée, de plain pied ce qui est aussi appréciable, accessible en voiture très près de la porte d'entrée ce qui est très pratique pour décharger les affaires ou les courses. L'intérieur a été en correspondance avec nos besoins et l'extérieur est aussi très bien avec une belle vue, ce qui fait que nous avons passé des vacances relaxantes et tout a été positif, nous n'avons pas été déçus !

Schönes Haus, perfekt ausgestattet

Wir haben mit zwei Kindern (11 und 7) im Juli 2018 knapp zwei Wochen in der Casa Lucertola geurlaubt und nichts vermisst. Das Haus ist schön, bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf Meer und Landschaft und ist vor allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Als Selbstversorger wussten wir vor allem die ausgezeichnete Küchenausstattung zu schätzen. Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirme sind vorhanden, dank des kleinen Bluetooth-Lautsprecher von Bose konnten wir Musik hören. Auf Wunsch kann man für 10 Euro einen W-LAN-Router leihen. Kurzum: Wir können das Ferienhaus empfehlen. Tipp: Ausreichend Autan mitnehmen. Und wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte wegen des nächtlichen Hundegekläffs Ohropax einpacken.
