VILLA DELLA PIGNA

Villa della Pigna is located a short distance from the enchanting village of Scopello and the ancient Tonnara with its Faraglioni. The villa is an excellent match between modernity and tradition. The big ceramic pinecone from Caltagirone town gives the name to the villa.



All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with wi-fi internet. The villa is built on 3 floors, furnished with taste and attention to every smallest detail.

On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen-living room with sofa and sat TV, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with two washbasins and shower and a laundry area.



On the basement floor, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a relaxation area with a sofa, mini fridge and TV. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, there is an elegant sea-view suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The suite overlooks a small terrace with a beautiful sea view.



The spacious external areas are furnished with the right balance between style and functionality, the two verandas are equipped with a table and chairs, a barbecue with a work surface and a solarium with sun loungers and deck chairs. The property has two parking spaces.



The semi-overflow swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m x 1.30 m with an external shower is nestled in the luxurious garden of ornamental plants and lawn.



The nearest free beach, the Guidaloca bay, is located 2 km from the villa, the Tonnara and the faraglioni are 1 km away, while the Zingaro Nature Reserve is 3 km away. It is possible to reach the village of Scopello where there are bars and restaurants or the market, comfortably on foot.
