The kitchen with an island, equipped with modern appliances, perfectly blends with the living area, creating an ideal environment for family or friends' lunches and dinners.
From the kitchen, you can access the outdoor kitchen equipped with a worktop, sink, gas hob and charcoal barbecue.
The sleeping area consists of three spacious double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, furnished with taste and equipped with large windows that allow the entry of natural light that floods the rooms, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
Guests also have an additional bathroom with a shower and a laundry area.
A real strength of the villa is the wellness area, which includes a 10x5 infinity pool with solarium, a sauna for moments of pure relaxation, and a hydromassage area, where you can unwind and enjoy a total wellness experience.
