The location is a few minutes away from the main road from the most suggestive places of the peninsula such as Sorrento, Positano, Pompeii, etc. etc. The city is connected to Capri and the major islands of Campania through hydrofoils and fast ships and is a formidable half to move along the coast with agility and low prices.

Cet hébergement est superbement situé et le parc offre un cadre idyllique.Octavio assure un accueil attentionné et efficace. Il fait le maximum pour faciliter le séjour, notamment pour pallier les difficultés de stationnement dans la rue étroite.

Breath taking views

After having missed our stop on the train in Castellamare di Stabia and getting off in the next town down the line, our host was kind enough to drive 7 to 8 kilometers away to pick us up there and bring us to his lovely property, which was very appreciated after a long day of travel to get there. The incredible views along the drive of Mt Vesuvius and the sea were just a preview of the gorgeous views that awaited us at our destination: beautifully landscaped gardens/grounds, and a huge, lovely patio overlooking Mt Vesuvius with views of the port and town below, not to mention the lovely, clean and comfortable accommodations inside. Our only regret was that we only had two nights to spend here, which did allow much opportunity to explore the surrounding areas. We hope to return for a longer visit someday to do just that!

Nur zu empfehlen-wunderbar!

Das Haus in dem das Apartment sich befindet ist eine große Villa mit einem Sehr gepflegtem Garten-auf der unteren Ebene sind drei Ferien Apartments eingebaut, die sich eine riesige Terrasse teilen. Diese terasse hat einen phantastischen Blick auf den Golf von Neapel-zu jeder Tageszeit ein echter Augenschmaus. Das Apartment ist sehr modern mit einem sehr guten Badezimmer und guter Einrichtung-auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht). Das apartment selbst ist auch im Hochsommer sehr kühl (auch durch die Klimaanlage) und man hat auf der Terrasse immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Gut geeignet für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen (Pompeji, Vesuv, Neapel, amalfiküste-alles zwischen 40-60 Minuten entfernt). Zu Fuß erreichbar ist ein kleines Restaurant (Don Mimi) das einfache, aber gute Küche hat. Wer mit dem eigenen Auto kommt, muss Wissen dass das Haus in einer ziemlich engen Straße liegt und die Einfahrt zur Villa ist auch sehr schmal. Wegen eines Parkplatzes sollte vorher mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufgenommen werden. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche hier verbracht! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der mit seiner Familie in der Villa selbst wohnt, war sehr freundlich und immer sehr schnell.
