The detached mobile home is functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on a campsite. The residence is popular also due to its waterside location. Available for use: children’s playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and boat dock. +++ We kindly ask young guests aged 18 to 25 to send us an enquiry by email so that we can check the possibility of approval by the campsite.

Minors are not allowed to stay overnight alone and are only permitted if they are staying in the same mobile home with a parent or a responsible adult, subject to a prior request by email. +++ PETS: Four-legged friends up to a maximum of 35 kg are very welcome at the campsite. A dedicated dog beach and a dog meadow are available for them. +++.


Your mobile home
Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 29 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 1 additional bed at sitting area, dinette, TV and the terrace is half covered and has a small electric barbecue. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer).
Upper floor: Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and in some accommodation, the WC is separate from the shower area.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.


Holiday resort
Reception, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, internet (Wi-Fi) and launderette. Within the campsite there is a restaurant-pizzeria with breakfast, lunch and dinner service. The restaurant also offers a takeaway service. Guests can enjoy pizza and typical Italian dishes in an informal and cosy atmosphere – perfect for the whole family. Free Wi-Fi is available only in the communal areas. The campsite offers numerous services that guarantee a comfortable, practical and relaxing stay: launderette with credit card payment (detergent included), tourist information, jetty with boat mooring and trailer parking – for a fee. Important information: The campsite uses a cashless payment system: no cash payments are possible within the site. Guests can pay by debit card, credit card, or with a convenient prepaid Camping Card, which can be easily topped up at reception and used for the bar, restaurant, services and rentals.

Castelletto Sopra Ticino. The mobile home is located on a campsite. The campsite lies on the picturesque south-western shore of Lake Maggiore and enjoys a privileged, peaceful and panoramic position. It is ideal for anyone wishing to spend a holiday immersed in nature without sacrificing proximity to the main tourist attractions. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children’s pool. Within the complex, a floating swimming pool on the lake is available – a unique experience that combines the pleasure of swimming with the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Access to the pool must be reserved on site for the respective day, particularly during peak periods, to ensure comfort and safety. Opening hours: Morning: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm, Afternoon: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Opening period: from mid-May to mid-September (subject to weather conditions). Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory.


Leisure
In the complex: table tennis, table football, billiards, bike rental and boat rental. Animation for children. Adult animation. Lovers of outdoor activities will appreciate the numerous panoramic cycle paths in the area, which offer spectacular views of Lake Varese. The routes are mostly flat and safe, making them ideal for families with children. For the fun of young and old, there is a floating water park on the lake (for a fee), a very popular attraction that guarantees entertainment in complete safety. Access is only possible with the obligatory life jacket, which is provided by the resort. In July and August, the campsite offers a varied entertainment programme for guests of all ages: mini club for children, sports tournaments, baby dance, evening shows and entertainment. For sports and exercise enthusiasts, there is also a fitness centre: Outdoor fitness equipment, football pitch, beach volleyball court, volleyball court, boccia court. Canoes, pedal boats and a 40 hp motorboat (no boating licence required) can also be hired - ideal for exploring the lake and the surrounding area.

The campsite is located directly on Lake Maggiore and has a private sandy beach, which is perfect for families with children and for anyone who wants to relax by the lake.

The beach is divided into a free area and an equipped area with sun loungers and parasols, which can be rented on site or reserved in advance.
