Schöne Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können und irgendwie muffig gerochen.Denke aber der Geruch kam aus dem Lüftungsschacht oder aus dem Abfluss. Liegt vielleicht daran das die Wohnung im 17 Stockwerk ist und der Schacht mit Allen anderen Wohnungen verbunden ist.Trotzallem war Alles sonst in Ordnung .Verwalter und Haushälterin waren sehr Nett und zuvorkommend.

Magnifique vue sur la mer, appartement propre et spacieux, propriétaires très agréables et sympas

Nous avons passé d'agréable vacances au sein de cet appartement. La vue sur la mer y est magnifique (levé de soleil à ne pas manquer). L'appartement est propre et spacieux. Il est également bien équipé (machine à laver, accessoires de cuisine, matériel et produits ménagés, quelques jeux pour les enfants, etc.) Pour une famille un peu nombreuse, il ne manque que le lave vaisselle et un aspirateur. Il peut être intéressant de louer une place de parking pour la semaine, cela évite de se trouver une place gratuite à 100 ou 300 mètres de l'appartement (la police tourne pas mal). Sinon, l'immeuble est propre et bien surveillé, il dispose de 3 ascenseurs. Malgré une large plage en face de l'appartement, nous vous conseillons de profiter également des petites criques après Roses à environ 15~20 min (surtout pour les amateurs de plongé) l'eau y est bien plus transparente (prévoir une GoPro pour filmer les poissons). Nous recommandons cet appartement, les propriétaires sont très agréables, sympathiques et chaleureux.
