Beautiful house, completely renovated to a high standard. Located in one of the best areas of Empuriabrava. Next to shops, restaurants, etc. and very close to the beach.The house has a large living room with a modern kitchen and access to the plot with a private heated pool(From April to November).There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.All rooms have air conditioning and heating.The outdoor area consists of 3 separate areas. In the first, we find a large barbecue with a bar and two spaces for outdoor dining. In the second area there is the pool with its sun loungers and solarium area. The third area is for facilities, bicycle storage, a washing and drying area, etc.Due to its location, a car is not necessary.Activities: Beach, fishing, windsurfing, boat rental, bike rides, skydiving, horse riding. Dali Museum.

Slightly worn looking in places, but all reflected in price. Overall, a fantastic place and very convenient. Great having the heated pool.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The layout makes it perfect for larger groups, the pool was great and we are already planning a return trip for next year!

Prix trop élevé par rapport à la prestation

Notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able mais de nombreuses remarques sont Ă  faire. Pas d'Ă©tat des lieux d'entrĂ©e (remise des clĂ©s Ă  l'agence avec caution de 300€ en espĂšce rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ©e au dĂ©part). Les photos de l'annonce sont anciennes, il ne s'agit plus d'un canapĂ© en cuir mais en tissu dĂ©jĂ  fatiguĂ© (difficile de se relever) et les chaises du salon ont aussi changĂ© et sont basiques. Les lits grincent et les matelas ne sont pas au top. Dans une salle de bain, le rideau de douche est trop court, dans une autre, l'Ă©vier est cassĂ© et la porte de douche ne ferme pas donc l'eau sort. Niveau sĂ©curitĂ©, une fenĂȘtre de ch ne ferme pas et rien non plus autour de la piscine. L'air de la climatisation laisse penser Ă  un dĂ©faut d'entretien. En ce qui concerne les Ă©quipements, un aspirateur et une corbeille Ă  linge seraient un plus, Il a fallu demander un balai. La machine Ă  laver fonctionne mal (la dĂ©brancher avant). La maison est pour 8 pers mais il manque un peu de vaisselle et du coup le lv marche tous les jours. La maison ne dispose que de 7 transats pour l'extĂ©rieur. La propretĂ© laisse enfin Ă  dĂ©sirer (traces, peinture partie... ), pb d'humiditĂ© (produits senteur dans toutes les piĂšces). A savoir aussi que la maison est en 2 parties piĂšce Ă  vivre avec 2 ch/2sdb et en extĂ©rieur 2ch et1sdb commune aux 2. Parking intĂ©rieur pour 1 voiture et pas 2. En rĂ©sumĂ© la location a un vrai potentiel mais elle manque d'entretien et son prix est excessif. Responsable disponible et sympa mais ça ne fait pas tout!

La maison aurait pu ĂȘtre trĂšs bien mais de trop nombreux dĂ©sagrĂ©ments ont terni le sĂ©jour : Murs sales, frigo cabossĂ©, les taies d'oreillers ne couvrent que la moitiĂ© de l'oreiller, une dalle du plafond d'une SdB dĂ©boitĂ©e, vaisselle (verres) non adaptĂ©, un lavabo d'une SdB cassĂ©, une vitre d'une porte fenĂȘtre cassĂ©e, non fonctionnement de la tĂ©lĂ© d'une chambre, aucune fermetrure sĂ©curisĂ©e dans la chambre cĂŽte BBQ... pour l'essentiel !

Sauberkeit des Objektes war so lala, hĂ€tte besser sein können. Das große Badezimmer ziemlich altbacken und nach dem Duschen steht man im Wasser, Abtrennung undicht.

Die Ferien in diesem Haus waren fĂŒr uns wirklich richtig erholsam. Trotz der Grösse von Empuriabrava haben wir viel PrivatsphĂ€re erleben können in diesem Haus. Es war wirklich top!
