House divided into 3 floors.
On the ground floor, there is a private garage with an extra bedroom and a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. This room is not air conditioned and is not recommended for young children, as it is independent from the rest of the house.
The first floor consists of a spacious living / dining room with terrace, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Stairs give access to the second floor composed of three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third with bunk beds (two single beds), a second bathroom with bathtub.
On the top floor, there is a very large solarium terrace where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the sea, the mountains, the canal and the entire Gulf of Roses.
This house is located right in front of the beach and has a private swimming pool reserved for the guests of the residence (6 houses).
