In a typically Mediterranean hilltop village, close (3km) to a town with a very rich past (the black pearl of Languedoc), at the gates of the garrigue, an area of freedom for mountain bike rides; 20 minutes from the beaches including "rochelongue" cap d'agde, come and enjoy a pleasant spacious house, 4 bedrooms, swimming pool on 1000 m2 of gardens.

Ground floor: living room, dining room, fireplace. 2 Bedrooms (each a double bed), fully equipped fitted kitchen. Bathroom.

Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and 1 double bed. And a sofa bed and one with 1 double bed and 1 double bed in one of the bedrooms.

Tout etait parfaits, un petit coin de paradis a côté de pleins de centre d intérêts Maison spacieuses tres propres il ne manque rien ,exterieux avec coin soleil et ombre ,piscine un vrais plus dans la région Cloturer pour notre chien qui etait au angesDe l arrivé au depart communication au top avec le propriétaires toujours a l écoute Nous sommes sûr de revenir!!!!!Location que je recommande les yeux fermés

belle maison bien equipéé,literie confortable,a proximité de pleins de visite,plage,village etc.....quartier tranquillefacilité d'arrivée meme si on a pas eu l'occasion de voir le proprietaire ( arrivée et depart) mais joignable par tel,le jardin meriterai d'un bon entretien!!!! le filet sur la terrasse ne fait pas d'ombre(les photos date!!!! sur l'annonce)et une douche serait la bienvenuesinon je recommande cet endroit

une maison avec piscine et jardin très agréable, bien située

Tres belle maison spacieuse avec Piscine.

Tres bon sejour au milieu des vignes de castelnau. Calme et tranquillité sont de mise. Grand terrain entierement clôturé. Nous y sommes allé avec 2 huskys helas ils n ont pas pu apprécié l espace et la sécurité car fortes chaleurs et ils sont habitués a etre sur de l herbe et dans cette region c est rare d en trouver. La maison est entièrement climatisée et tres bien equipee. Le proprietaire est disponible tres facilement au telephone et prend des nouvelles. Nous sommes entierement satisfait.

Très bon séjour

Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de voir le propriétaire absent cette semaine, mais il était toujours disponible par téléphone ou message pour répondre à toutes les questions avant, pendant et après la réservation. Nous étions en vacances familiales mon mari, mon frère mes parents et mon petit-fils Maison très agréable, répondant à toutes nos attentes. Lieu calme et superbe jardin. Tous nos repas ont été pris sur la terrasse devant la maison car ombragée. Mon petit bout de chou de 2.5 ans a été ravi de dormir dans un grand lit car le lit parapluie n'est plus adapté à sa corpulence. Je recommande vivement cette location à deux pas de Pezenas et ses belles petites rues. Malheureusement impossible de profiter de Calstelnau avec mes parents qui ne pouvaient pratiquer ses rues pentues.

Très bonnes prestations. Seul bémol, le manque de ventilateurs, surtout dans les chambres sous les toits. Même en ouvrant la nuit et en fermant les volets le jour, c’est étouffant. La semaine était, il est vrai, particulièrement chaude pour la mi-juin. Prévoir de quoi se prémunir contre les moustiques. Très agréable, silencieux, vaste bref idéal pour une famille.

Vacances très agréables et reposantes au milieu de cette vaste propriété , à l 'ombre d'un majestueux figuier . tout est à notre disposition dans la maison pour rendre le séjour des plus facile. 3 semaines en famille dans ce logement de vacances, sous le soleil. l'habitation est spacieuse, fonctionnelle, et conforme à la description de l'annonce. La piscine a été très appréciée par l'ensemble de la famille, surtout sous ces températures. Nous conseillons fortement ce logement idéalement situé , proche de la mer, de l'étang de Thau ( huitres excellentes), de l'Orb ( descente en canoé) entre autres. Empfehlenswertes großes Haus in schönem Dorf

Wir haben wunderbare 14 Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist etwas älter und manche Bereiche sollten renoviert werden (Bad und WC). Insgesamt aber sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Man hat genug Platz für 2 Familien (wenn man mit einem WC auskommt). Pool und Garten mit 2 Terassen und Lounge Bereich laden zum Entspannen ein. Pool ist sehr groß und super für die Kinder zum Toben und Planschen. Die Nähe zum Fluss und zum Meer runden den tollen Urlaub ab. Der Vermieter war sehr gastfreundlich und stets erreichbar für alle Wünsche und Fragen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
