The fenced garden and the 360 m² terrace offer ample space to relax and enjoy outdoor meals in total tranquility. In addition, the basketball hoop, badminton net, and ping-pong table provide opportunities for guests to have fun and entertainment.
One of the most fascinating features of the property is its location on the famous L'Eroica trail. This trail is known for its incredible hiking and biking opportunities, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the area.
