Bait-and-switch Booked with the understanding to have access to hot tub and small "steam room" but was told that booking does not exist while trying to check in the day before. Spoke only Italian. Was very lucky to have a very nice and helpful Italian do the phone call for me. Ended up with an apartment at another location. Parking 1/4 mile away. Apartment was clean but not at all what I had booked earlier. Friendly.
