Set on a scenic estate just 8 km from the charming village of San Quirico d'Orcia, the property is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to explore the region’s beauty and history. With free WiFi and bike rentals available on-site, it’s easy to stay connected and venture out into the countryside at your own pace.

Situated on the first floor, the farmhouse includes a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a cozy bedroom with either a double bed or two singles, an additional room with twin beds, and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. Guests can relax on the shared balcony, enjoy a meal on the private terrace, or make use of the garden furniture and BBQ. The estate also offers access to a large swimming pool (open May to September), a boules court, a shared washing machine, and convenient parking.
