With a modern architecture and high-quality finishes, this property is spread across two well-defined floors, offering distinct yet complementary spaces.



On the ground floor, there are three independent studios, ideal for providing privacy and comfort to different group nuclei, each of these studios has a bathroom with a shower, a service toilet, a functional kitchenette and a spacious balcony where it is possible to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.



Climbing to the first floor, we find the social area of the house, composed of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with an elegant central island and a skylight that accentuates natural light, adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious and extremely bright living room, with direct access to a generous balcony that invites moments of socialising and contemplation.



On this floor, there are still two suites, one with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, and another with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. For greater convenience, there is also an additional bathroom with a shower, ensuring functionality even during longer stays.
