This was a perfect stay for me. The room was large, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfast was good with all options, meat, cheese, pastries cereal, fruit , yogurt. The breakfast room was ver pretty. The location was on the main street, walkable with shops, restaurants, wine bars, book stores etc. Many sites are walkable from the hotel. There is an airport bus across the street , taxis, post office and two amazing cafes downstairs. Oh yes, a gorgeous botanical garden across the street. The staff were good. The self check in was no problem and I got into my room fine after 7 pm. The instructions were very detailed. My room had no real view but inner courtyard and rooftops. Maybe higher floor rooms have a view.I did not care as the city has so much to see. The bed and pillows were nice. There is a kettle, bottle opener, tea bags in the room. A small safe too. They can arrange trips or airport runs for you. There is no elevator so you must be able to carry your own bags. The wifi was not working. They are aware and trying to resolve. The cafes at the bottom of the building and many places have free wifi so no big deal. I think most people have their own data. I am not tech savvy so did not plan for that. I was happy with the hotel and would tell others or stay again. Thanks for everything Etna Suites and staff. I loved it and had a wonderful holiday. NancyM

The location was good, right across the street from Villa Bellini park and was walkable to sights. There was a parking lot nearby at a reasonable price. The breakfast was plentiful and the room was spacious. However, the mattress was lumpy, there was no lift, and the WiFi was unpredictable. Their router could not connect you to the internet. Moving into the hallway helped at bit but even when sitting in their office area WiFi connection was lost. We told them about the issue.

Room was nice with loft. Breakfast was very good. One of the front clerk, she speaks so fast but helpful. They don't have an elevator and hotel WIFIs were so unstable and almost useless. There's no English TV channel. But, the location is perfect.

I love the tub, but it would’ve been nice to be informed of the traffic on that road on a Saturday. We almost thought we were entering into a festival with people walking all over the streets. We wondered if we should’ve even been driving on that road in front of the hotel. When I asked, they said it is normally heavy traffic on Saturday, but we were not warned of the foot traffic on that road.
