Pet friendly everywhere on the property, but no designated pet relief area. Had reservations at Sol y Sombra at 9pm on Saturday but when we arrived, the doors were locked and lights were turned off. Nice to have a fridge and sink, but no dish soap or utensils available. Property is really beautiful and kept well.

Everything was perfect! Staff were friendly, rooms clean and spacious and very stylish. Pool, jacuzzi, gym, location, parking - great place! I'm happy to recommend it for anyone.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful this is your place! Lovely views of the mountains, staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The 1-bedrooms are like rental studios and the 2-bedrooms are like small apartments. Not like your average hotel room. Nice and spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely and fairly clean room with a nice view of the pool area. The service was lacking as it seemed that only 3 people worked there and did everything. Consequently, customer service was unreliable or non-existent. I waited in an empty lobby for 15 minutes to check in. Unacceptable for any hotel let alone a "resort" with resort fees.

The front desk guy was courteous. The room was nice but did not smell clean. The Carpet is filthy dirty. Needs to be DEEP CLEANED . The drinks the bartender made were way too strong.

The room rugs were really dirty and stained. Couch had sunken cushions so you couldn't sit on it comfortably. Room size was great and bed was comfy. Staff was very nice. Although we had a living room it wasn't comfortable or cozy and the dirty rugs gave the impression the whole room wasn't clean. There was also other peoples hair on the bathroom floor.

Lovely place, room was like a mini-apartment on really nice, well-kept grounds. At first, the street was a bit hard to find and the parking lot fills up at night, but there is ample parking right on the street. It was a great place to stay, not far from the heart of Palm Springs and I would stay there again.
