Comfortable but BYO everything for eating

Comfortable, well-renovated apartment in the historic village remparts. Well-equipped kitchen but no provisions whatsoever, not even salt and pepper, and only one coffee pod for two people staying two nights. No restaurants or bars were open in the village during our stay and the one very small epicerie has very limited items - and almost no fresh fruit/vegetables - so as hikers arriving on foot, we had to bus to and from a neighbouring village for supplies. Plan to bring absolutely everything for meals with you so you can utilise the kitchen, or plan to drive further afield to eat. Otherwise, a comfortable bed and a well-equipped apartment for a short stay.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable à Caudiès-de Fenouillèdes. Le gite est conforme à la présentation : propre, très bien équipé, dans un style moderne et épuré. Les propriétaires ont très bien exploité la situation dans les remparts, et la fraicheur du logement est appréciable en plein été. Il est situé dans une rue non passante et trés calme. Les nombreuses revues et cartes locales mises à disposition nous ont également guidé pour notre découverte de la région. Merci !
