Petit chalet en résidence
Location nul. Pour accéder au Chalet 70 marches en plus en très mauvais état . Absences de dalles à de très nombreuses marches et celles qui sont en places à la limites du décollement donc risque de chutes. Pas de rampe pour faire rouler les valises. Impossible d’accès aux personnes ayant un handicap. Silence exigé à partir de 22h impossible de manger dehors. Je vous rappelle que ce sont des vacances d’été. . Dans la location fuite d’eau sous le lave vaisselle donc à chaque absence obligé de fermer l’eau…La voisine qui se trouve à 2 m du chalet fait office de responsable du chalet (propriétaire absent. ) c’est elle qui fait état des lieux. Toujours l’impression d’être surveillé. De plus le propriétaire me réclame 150€ de degat car sur le plans de travail récipients chaud posé malencontreusement ce qui a occasionné deux boufiiols. Plan de travail qui fait 40/30. . Plan de travail de très mauvaise qualité car dit boufioles dit matière plastique. . Si pas de gestes commerciales ( facturé dégât supprimé) je mettrai des avis avec explications et photos à l’appui très mauvaise sur le site et au propriétaire. Cordialement

Très bonne adresse
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le chalet de Fabien. La navette gratuite au bout du parking est très pratique pour se rendre aux télécabines. Très bonne communication avec Fabien et Mme Audibert. Nous reviendrons sans hésitations.

Séjour agréable et reposant
Confort adéquat à ce que nous avons l'habitude d'avoir au cours de nos vacances. Manquerait peut-être un petit congélateur. Ce serait à mon sens un plus ! Avoir un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge était un confort certain !! Petit bémol, le manque d'information quant à la situation du chalet par rapport au parking : les 70 marches à gravir peuvent faire un peu peur au début... Il serait bien que cette information soit clairement signalée dans l'annonce. Nous sommes tout à fait satisfaits de notre séjour.
