The property is very poorly maintained. Everything in it is over used, old, and rundown. It was very unpleasant to stay in. The building common areas were grainy and had a strong mildew smell. The mattresses were old, the furniture was over used. The kitchen and the equipment in it were old. The bathroom was in very poor condition. This property should not be a listing meant to host paying customers.

Correct pour une escale courte

Nous faisions escale pour une nuit et ce logement a suffit pour cela. Il est tres bien placé et tous les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. La salle de bain est par contre revoir (seche serviette hors sercive, abattant des toilette et meuble sous vasque cassés)

Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous venons l’appartement, nous satisfait pour nous.Les précédé précédents, Locataire n’avaient, je pense, pas fait le ménage avant de partir pour ce qui est du Sol , le reste était très bienJ’avais vu des précédents avis disants le chauffe eau ne pas fonctionner nous, il a très bien marché .

L’emplacement du bien et la communication avec le propriétaire étaient parfait. Malheureusement, le bien n’était pas très propre (sûrement un manque de nettoyage des précédents locataires), de plus le chauffage ne fonctionne pas très bien nous avons eu très froid (15 degrés ).

Propriétaire semble sympa (eu par téléphone seulement!) , mais « n’a pas pu » nous mettre l’eau chaude (??) qui se commande soit disant à distance… dans un appart ou on a passé 2 h à nettoyer car degueulasse à l’arrivée! un truc de fou

L’appartement n’avait pas été nettoyé, poubelle non vidée. Wc, sol, literie sales .. le propriétaire après s’être excusé a coupé le contact sans rien proposer, ne répondait plus aux sms ! Difficile d’être objectif sur le reste Je ne recommande pas

Inconvénients : Le logement est éloigné des parkings et n’est pas équipé de local à skis Avantages : Situation dans l’hyper centre. Logement adapté pour 4 personnes.

Un petit studio bien agencé, situé juste à côté des thermes, à deux pas des télécabines.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce petit studio bien aménagé et bien situé dans le centre ville de Cauterets. Un petit bémol sur l'immeuble très mal insonorisé, on entend tout. Mais un super séjour !

Séjour agréable à la montagne

Séjour court mais agréable à la montagne afin de profiter de l'air frais et donc se requinquer ! Les enfants on adoré le paysage et le village. Les hôtes ont été super a nous répondre à n'importe quel heure et vraiment très agréable. Nous les remercions.
