Ground Floor: entrance leads into an open space with dining area and kitchen, there is a large wood table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove (4 burns), dishwasher, toaster, electric oven, American and Italian coffee maker, fridge with freezer.
4 steps down: large French door give the access to the pool area, in this room is present a service bathroom with WC and sink.
2 steps down: there is a large living room with a working fire place, equipped with sofa, arm chairs, tea table, TV LCD Satellite, on the other side of the living room there is a studio corner, a desk with computer, printer, at the client's disposal.
