Boa estadia em Caxias do Sul
Muito bom hotel. Quarto bem amplo. Banheiro espaçoso. Ducha com boa pressão e quente. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Estacionamento coberto com vagas boas e acesso ao elevador. Na chegada é mais fácil fazer o check in e depois na garagem retirar as malas, pois tem escadas tanto para chegar a recepção quanto para chegar aos quartos. Mas vindo da garagem sobe-se pelo elevador ao corredor dos quartos. Café da manhã muito bom. Simpatia de todos no trato com os hóspedes. Boas opções de alimentação razoavelmente próximas. Gostamos muito da estadia.
