Nice hotel but "city view" has double meaning
The hotel is modern for the island and compared to other hotels, and it is clean (the guy cleaning the common areas was really good and nice). The roof deck common space is really nice. We booked a "city view" room which is a bit deceptive - so just be aware - that means on the street so you really don't open the blinds if you want any private (which means you are sitting in a dark room). The door to the two "city view" rooms have windows on the top part and the guys at the front desk leave at 5 so really someone can come off the street and look into your room that way, too. (no security) It's a casual island and for us not worrisome but if you are concerned book a room upper level - those doors have no windows to look in.

Very friendly and obliging. Jennifer is a lovely person who cleaned our room but went the extra mile to get us local food, which we enjoyed very much. The free breakfast at the property was very nice too. Always met with a jolly smile every day. Loved it thank you.

This is in a great location, in the middle of the action. The hotel is clean, the pool is nice and they have a great rooftop area. AC works well, beds are comfortable. Definitely recommended. Noisier than hotels on the other end of the island.

Great locations and comfortable clean rooms. The customer service was the biggest disappointment. My room was on the 3rd floor and with no elevator, it was a challenge getting my large suitcase up the stairs. When I expressed this concern at check-in I was told "sorry there's nothing we can do". Imagine my surprise when the same "sorry" guy gladly carried a suitcase the exact same size to the room right next to mine the following morning. When i asked "where was this service yesterday?" I received a smirk and shrug.

The hotel is in the heart of the tourist area. Very walkable to everything. A bit noisy at night if you have a room on the street. The proprietor recommended several of his friends businesses which were not the greatest. Do your research on restaurants and transportation.
