Janeen's Belize Cottage is brand new, recently built in 2022. You will feel right at home in this cozy tiny home. This cottage provides guests with the comfort and flexibility they are seeking. This is an ideal option for couples, friends or smaller families.

The space is thoughtfully laid out for a relaxing stay. As you enter the cottage, you will enter the screened in porch and a hammock chair. It's a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee before you start your adventures for the day.

The kitchen is complete with a stove, fridge, sink and all the cooking supplies you will need. The main floor also has a full-size bathroom with an oversized shower and hot water.

In addition, the custom island is perfect for prepping dinner or working. Hopefully you're there for play, but if you must...

There is a brand-new twin-size daybed that can double as either an extra bed or couch for lounging. The loft has a brand-new queen-size bed and black out curtains.

Step out onto the private patio complete with a patio table and chairs, hammock chairs and lights to enjoy the evening. You may even catch a glimpse of the fireflies!

We didn't miss anything in this gem! Snorkel gear is provided at no extra charge, a 5-gallon bottle of water is provided, and the complimentary bicycle is so fun to cruise around the island on!

Our gracious property manager lives on site and is available to meet your vacation needs. There is one bicycle available for your use at no charge. The cottage is within close proximity to restaurants, bars, shops and many activities!

Although the pool is not built out yet, there are many docks close by that you can snorkel from or inquire if you would like to use a hotel pool. Some charge a small fee for day use!
