There are local necessities no more than a few minutes away. Waterfront canal property with Lake access 500 yds away either from boat launch or directly from the river through the NYs lock system. This is a newly built home with new hosts. We hope you like our get-away spot.
The space
Each room is designed to comfortably hold two adults.
One room does have a full mattress bunk bed with a twin on top.
Guest access
Guests have access To the entire property including the riverfrontage The Only Exception is the owner's closet which is clearly marked on the lower level
Other things to note
Complimentary items include Wi-Fi, fishing poles, kayak, grill, fishing tackle, fire pit, keyless entry. There are two security cameras one in front and one in back. For guests who wish to bring their boat with them, there will be a seasonal dock typically in May through the end of September. Please check with us if to make sure the dock is in, if this is a material item for your stay. The dock is capable of holding up to 1 medium size boat. Also the NYS canal system has hours of operation for opening and closing the locks. Usually these hours range from 7am to 10pm during the open season.
