Following the recent typhoon and the earthquake that affected the island of Cebu, the buildings here have undergone thorough inspection and evaluation by an independent third-party engineering team. They have been certified safe, stable, and fully fit for occupancy. The location is also one of the safest in the city—elevated, secure, and far from flood-prone areas.
There is simply no better or safer place to stay in the city.
