I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. My room was serviced everyday, room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. AC worked well. The staff was helpful and the hotel also has dine in option with steak restaurant. Across the hotel is a mall and around the neighborhood is a bunch of restaurants and shopping. Easy to flag a taxi down. Everyone spoke English really well. Had a good time

I always stay here when I have errands in Cebu. It doesn’t have many frills. But it is very clean, comfortable and hospitable staff. For th price, I think it’s a VERY solid option. And, when you book ahead, they always pre-cool the room. I mean, I think this was my 5th stay and I’ll be back in a few weeks.

The hotel’s location is perfect—very accessible. Staff were friendly and the service was great. They can work more on the room’s cleanliness, though. Overall, it was a good stay.

The hallways and the elevator smell like the sewer. Drain in the bathroom is slow to drain, even experienced back flow from the drain. There’s always a water puddle in the shower because the floor is sloped away from the drain.

I won’t be coming back to this hotel. They should put a shower door or even a shower curtain so when you take a shower it doesn’t flood the bathroom. They don’t offer water bottle because they have a water dispenser in the hallway which wasn’t plug in. We asked for ice and charged us 50 pesos for it. Upon checking out, we were questioned and showed us the picture of a dirty wash cloth. It rained that night and streets are fully flooded. We had to walk thru a river of filthy water to get to our hotel. I won’t be paying extra for a dirty washcloth. Aren’t they supposed to wash them for their guests?
