Poor cleaning job.

Checked in late in the evening. Seemed ok at first although the bedroom door only opens a short distance. I could squeeze through but no luggage fits. Bed blocks the door. Grabbed a bite to eat and as i sat at the table, within 15 to 20 minutes, ants were on the table and on the floor. Had roaches in the bathroom. I bought bug spray and soaked the place and bugs were gone. Place was dirty with food and crubs. Little piece of carpet in the living room was filthy. Under the couch was disgusting. Food was left in the little pouched on the couch as well as french fries under the couch. Disgusting. No excuse for this. Need more tv channels for no Filipinos.
As far as door opens to bedroom.
Very small bathroom. Even Filipino friend, who deals with condos. Said this was small. She could not sit on toilet without putting a leg in the shower.

Denied my booking

At check-in, manager said no booking for me was done by Hotels.Com. She said this several times. And they was fully booked and could not help me. When I said I had answer from her telling their adress and who to ask for when checking-in she found room. But smaller than paid for. Should upgrade me next day. Next day, still no upgrade available. I gave up. Some of the staff, so very helpful and really tried their best to help. But management didn't care. Towels dirty. Very nice swimming pool. Close to central areas in Cebu. Very good view from rooms. Find another hotel, you may not get your prepaid room.
