nice hotel close to everything
Pros:location is a must especially when you are only visiting. hotel is clean and staff are not only beautiful but they are all friendly.
Cons:i can only comment on the shower, it floods when in use.
Location:nothing much to say on location other than perfect. local takeaway shops, pharmacy & bakery nearby. merely 10mins walk to SM mall.
we stayed there for almost a month and nothing to fault, really. the hotel is clean and all the staff are all friendly.

nice clean comfort and close to everything
Pros:the hotel is clean and staff are very friendly
Cons:some rooms have the shower without any barrier so water overflows to the toilet
Location:there is a restaurant, a massage parlor on the 1st floor, a pharmacy two doors down, Andok's takeaway and a couple of bakeries on the opposite side
for the price, it's hard to fault the hotel starting from the staff they are all very nice including the guard with all smiles. the room has a comfortable bed, a hot/cold shower and air condition.

affordable convenient and clean place to stay

a local of cebu of 20years before migrated to australia for 30+ years. initially booked for 4days with the intention to move around different affordable hotels but disappointed to find some hotels we had in mind only looked nice in picture. so we ended up staying for 36days in total. the hotel is manned 24x7 with front reception and security with restaurant, rose pharmacy 2doors down, massage on level1, andoks takeaway around the corner and GMart mini grocery is just a little few steps away. to the other side just a meters away, two bakeries to choose from. we initially stayed in a superior double bed until my daughter stayed with us and paid an extra bed for P500/n. to save some money paying the extra bed and a comfort of a bigger room, we had to move and the staff were more than happy to attend to our needs until my daughter left to come home after her 10day stay. soon after she left, we requested to downgrade to a smaller room and no questions asked they moved us again. calls to housekeeping wait is no more than 15minutes. overall experience, the staff were very respectful, the hotel is clean as well as the rooms, 5minutes walk to St Joseph church, less than 10minutes walk to SM mall, less than 10minutes taxi to Ayala mall.
