Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Wow. This hotel completely ruined our vacation. We traveled with our dog and they ssid pets were welcome, but when we attempted to check in at 1 AM the hotel told us pets not allowed. As a result we were thrown in the street in a foreign country at 2 AM. NOT COOL!

Had two small kids with me and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get checked in. Room was supposed to have a king bed and only had a full size. No access to “free” WiFi. And we had to buy our own toilet paper and only two towels were provided when I requested a room for 4 people.
