I enjoyed my stay there and will go again soon. There are better area's but they are Dirty inside and More expensive. The Toilet was blocked and I eventually got it unblocked. It is clean and secure so much better than a lot of places

Hotel doesn't have the same amenities as other hotels at similar price points. If something bad was to happen to you during your trip, hotel doesn't provide any support. Even though a bad experience happened to me during my trip they refused to give me a refund after I had to leave due to the unsafety of this hotel (thankfully Expedia gave me a credit and I only booked for 2 nights).

It's a shame they don't want us

I put a review a week or two ago and it didn't change. I asked for the room service to be done and on the third day the turned up. We went out on the second day and came Back 4 hours later but no cleaning done. After I complained the excuse was they were upstairs and was coming down to clean it. They were on our floor when we went out cleaning the room next to ours and the one opposite. So why not clean while there. Well we are going to Panglao for a week and when we come back for a month we will be staying elsewhere

We booked the hotel to rest and relax.. The place wasn't so crowded. The staff were friendly. The view was nice. The only downside is their food, the selection was few. It's mostly for drinks. But overall we had a great time..

I will go back to this hotel ever! Bedsheets, pillows, pillow cases are all gross! Its all worn out, looks old and smells old! Room is dusty! With dust and hair all over the floor With mosquitoes and ants! Door handle cr is broken Wifi is too slow to none Afraid to use the fridge as its full of rust Remote control not working Cable is intermittent Receptionists should work on their customer service Very noisy surroundings!
