Terrazza Lara is a wonderful apartment located in the heart of Cefalù, about 20 meters from the old pier, a sandy beach and very close to all major points of interest, bars and restaurants.

On the third floor of a building in the central "Via Bordonaro", Terrazza Lara is divided as follows: large and bright living room (with sofa bed and air conditioning) from which a stunning terrace above the coast can be accessed; a fully equipped kitchen with also a french balcony above the sea, a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bedroom with single bed and two bathrooms with shower.

Please be aware that the Municipality of Cefalù requires a mandatory tourist tax of 2 euro/person per night, starting from 13 years old, for a maximum of 5 nights (in case of longer reservations the remaining nights will not be charged)

We felt like we lived here! It was nice to feel like we were a part of the community. Our family is from Cefalu, and we wanted a place that felt homey. We loved this apartment. Only criticism was that the gentleman that showed us to the apartment, did not help us with our luggage. Mind you, the apartment was 4 flights up. A young man at the restaurant next door saw my sister and I struggling and helped us. He refused to take any money. He said, "I have a mother and a sister, i would want someone to help them". Only complaint. Help the ladies with their luggage. We paid a lot to stay here.

Nice location but ….

The location and view were as advertised. However, there was no mention of the 65 steps necessary to enter the unit. Would be a huge problem for many including those with mobility issues. Also, the manager’s rep gave only a cursory overview of the unit, seemed like he need to leave as soon as possible. Ended up finding out about the unit thru our own investigation. Also, the 50 euro clean up bill seemed excessive since we were required to leave the place broom clean (including removal of garbage to a recycle center) or face additional charges.
