Trullo Lilia - Le Case di Valentina

Trullo Lilia is a magnificent complex of trulli in the immediate vicinity of Ceglie Messapica, in one of the most fascinating places in the Itria Valley, known for its love for cuisine and excellent restaurants. The villa, equipped with a private saltwater pool, is the result of a careful restoration work recently completed, developed with the aim of preserving the ancient stone structure, providing it with every comfort and at the same time characterizing it with aesthetic details and elegance.
Trullo Lilia includes two independent housing units: the Trulli, which constitute the main building, and the more recently built Lamia. It is therefore ideal for couples looking for a relaxing holiday or for families. In fact, the entire structure offers the possibility of accommodating 5 adults or 4 adults plus 2 children. The Trullo is also equipped with a video surveillance system (anti-theft and cameras on outdoor areas). The garden is fenced for the safety of your pets.
I TRULLI
Inside the trulli there is a large double room with a king size bed (190X200) that also houses a large bathtub carved in marble by a local craftsman. In the second trullo there is the bathroom, the living area complete with a sofa bed (120 cm) that can accommodate an adult or two children and the kitchen equipped with everything necessary (fridge, freezer, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and various cooking equipment).
LA LAMIA
La Lamia is an independent housing unit and houses a comfortable suite with a double bed (160x200), a large exposed shower with chromotherapy and a bathroom.
THE GARDEN
The beautiful villa is completed by a one-hectare garden with olive and fruit trees that houses a private swimming pool of 4x10 meters with salt water. The pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-October; it is possible to request to anticipate the opening and/or postpone the closing with an extra cost of 200€.
There is external video surveillance. There is also a large gazebo furnished with a comfortable sofa and a table for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. A barbecue will be available for guests.
The villa is equipped with all the comforts such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, alarm system and surveillance; it is also equipped with heating and therefore perfectly usable even in the winter months.

At the time of check-in, you will be required to show a photo ID and to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law.


The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 17 to 20. Arrivals after 20 are subject to payment of a supplement: between 21 and midnight of 50€, between midnight and 2 of 80€.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In the event of a violation, an amount equal to 200€ will be charged.



If the booked apartment is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and a cleaning fee and a deposit of 200€ will be required in case of any damage.


PROPERTY REGULATIONS
Groups of young people are not accepted, especially if there are minors who are not accompanied by their parents. Age will be verified upon check-in.


The pool is open from 1/5 to 15/10. Early openings/late closings must be agreed and may include an extra fee of 200.00 euros.


EXTRA
Extra sheets and towels half way through the stay: 10,00€ per person.
