Lakefront home with hot tub, beach, skiing nearby in tranquil Barnstead

Enter via a huge mudroom with long bench & hall tree, perfect for shoe or ski storage. On the first floor there is the Trout bedroom- a king side bedroom with sitting area with queen pull out bed and full desk. Across the hall is the first of 3 full bathrooms. A fully furnished & stocked kitchen is ready for your use. Off the dining area is the Loon bedroom, a king bedroom with stunning lake views and huge windows. The living room rounds out this level with comfortable seating and a large brick fireplace with propane fire insert. Outside there is a large deck with a propane grill and seating.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and another full bathroom which is fully updated and tiled. There is the Black Bear bedroom with two queen size beds and the Canoe room with a king size bed. All bedrooms have smart TVs.

In the lower level there is the 5th bedroom (Fox themed) with a queen bed and twin with trundle. There’s also a family hang out spot with large smart tv, electric fireplace, slate bumper pool table, sitting area and a PAC-Man polycade machine for fun. This level walks out to a beautiful new paver patio, with the grassy back yard and lake just beyond.

Outside we have a brand new hot tub, fire pit & seating next to the lake along with a sandy beach. In the winter, ice skating and snowmobiling may be possible (depending on ice) and in the summer the lake is gorgeous for using the included kayak, canoe or stand up paddleboard. Please note, no motorized boats are allowed to be used by guests.

We are child and pet friendly and would love to invite you to stay at this fantastic lakefront retreat.

There is a large driveway and parking spot that can accommodate 5 vehicles max per town guidelines. The home is equipped with central AC, heating and has a back up generator in case of power loss.

Wonderful Stay at Barnstead NH.

The host Lauren was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The house was, cleanliness, exceeded my expectations, along with the cozy decor, breathtaking view made it feel like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting that area and would love to return in the future!

Great place but no privacy

We enjoyed the home and location. We were disappointed there were numerous cameras on all sides of the home that were not disclosed. It caused unease throughout the entire week. Overall, it’s a 4.5 rating: it would be 5 without the cameras.

Barnstead Lake House

I cannot say enough about how amazing this house is. Lakefront. Fully stocked pantry & kitchen. Beautiful views of the lake from a couple of bedrooms. The photos don't do this property justice - it's beyond beautiful and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Lauren reached out upon our arrival and was in communication with updates throughout our stay. My 2 year old granddaughter loved playing in the lake and canoeing with her mom and dad. The property is far enough away BUT close enough to everything. You can do as many activities locally throughout the day or sit on the porch enjoying the view. That was my favorite part of the stay!

AMAZING!!

WOW! What a gem this property was for our family including 8 adults and four kiddos (ages 3, 5 and 8) we’ve been booking a lake house every summer for the past 7 years and this one was by FAR the best. We are already planning to book again for next summer :) plenty of space, great beach, great amenities and activities for kids! We spent a LOT of time in the water. Caught many sunfish and 3 large bass! Enjoyed seeing the loons, ducks and even a beaver! Plenty of parking. AC was great for the very hot days we had. There was an early morning car accident nearby which caused a power outage but the generator kicked on and worked flawlessly until power restored. Kitchen was fully equipped! So many towels in each bedroom. I had the pleasure of sleeping in the Fox room downstairs - amazing!!! Lauren was fantastic and super responsive. We can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you!
