Bring ear plugs, the road noise is terrible. The rooms are aged and worn, in need of an upgrade. Stained carpet, the tub had no protection against slipping.

Front desk staff were great. The room had lots of space and very clean. Two tvs, one for the queen beds and one in the living area. Nice surprise. I will look for SPRINGHILL on future travels.

I gave the rating a three star because the hotel is fine, the breakfast is good and it’s easy to park as there’s plenty of parking. The lack of stars is because the toilet wasn’t working properly.The water didn’t shut off so you had to lift the cistern and adjust the flapper. We asked for housekeeping services and didn’t get any. We asked again the second day because we were in the area to help with a move and needed evening showers. We returned at 8pm to no made bed, no replenished shower gel, no coffee makings, bins not emptied and no clean towels. Went to front desk and all he could provide were 2 hand towels. No manager available. Just awful customer service. At checkout there was no apology because the person didn’t know about how our stay had gone. The TV signal is bad too, pixilated a lot and choppy. 3 stars is generous after this stay. Not a happy camper.

We stayed overnight. Driving to & from Philly in one day was too much. BUFFET breakfast was thumbs down. NO FRUITS. Eggs were not really hot. Room was comfortable. Shower had lots of grab bars - felt very safe. Front desk, very nice.
