Welcome to our pleasant 34 m² one-bedroom apartment, air-conditioned and ideally located near a renowned diving club. Perfect for accommodating up to 4 people, this space, renovated in 2023, offers all the comfort you need for a memorable holiday.



Whether you are diving enthusiasts or simply wish to enjoy a relaxing stay, our apartment provides everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Book now and let yourselves be charmed by the comfort and appeal of our holiday rental!



The residence offers private direct access to the sea: ideal for divers, hikers, and nature lovers. It is located 8 km from Spain, between Banyuls-sur-Mer and Cerbère.



A bus service, available 200 m from the residence, allows you to travel from Cerbère to Perpignan and visit the entire coast without using your car.



The village is pedestrian for children's safety, and cars are parked in an external parking lot subject to availability. Parking spaces for people with reduced mobility are located right in front of our apartments.



Cerbère is 4 minutes away by car and Banyuls is 10 minutes away.



The marine reserve is accessible by swimming from the residence. The marine trail is 300 m away, on Peyrefite beach.



In 2025, the residence will be located in the heart of the nature reserve, as part of its expansion project up to the Spanish border.
