Check in was troublesome as the receptionist was asleep in the lounge , it was the afternoon ,and only awoke when I called in the telephone . Eventually she explained the parking - off sure at the beach but was ok . She seemed quite irritated by us . The room was fine as was breakfast .Hotel past it’s best

A pleasant one night stay!

It was just for one night but the owner Luciana, who was very accomodating and kind, agreed that I leave my car at the hotel car park after my check-out because I decided to drive back to Milan in the late evening to avoid heavy traffic on the highway. The room is complete with a float screen televisione and a mini refrigerator.

Hotel in pieno centro, posizione strategica e comodissimo a tutto. Personale davvero gentile e la signora proprietaria è stata davvero molto disponibile. Camere pulite, buona colazione. Sicuramente se torneremo a Cesenatico, cercheremo di prenotare di nuovo all hotel Plaza perché siamo stati benissimo ed abbiamo apprezzato tutta la loro cordialità.

Iniziando dalle cose positive la posizione è ottima e la pulizia della camera buona. Per il resto la stanza che ci è stata proposta era una mansarda al 3^ piano (l'ascensore arriva al 2^), arredi non stile ma direttamente dagli anni 70-80, dopo uno o due passi mi dovevo pagare causa soffitto spiovente (per cui se gli albergatori usano questi trucchi non basta che venga indicata la superficie ma anche il volume). La piscina che si vede nelle foto è ormai un vecchio rudere in disuso, i tre? parcheggi erano tutti pieni così siamo stati mandati nel + distante bloccando almeno 4 auto con la spiegazione: tanto ve ne andate prima voi, comunque lasciatemi il cellulare.....!? Colazione triste, ho assaggiato una crostata che sembrava di plastica. In effetti quando avevamo chiesto di cambiare camera la risposta è stata: ma cosa pretendete per una notte!!! Poi ci è stato concessa un'altra possibilitá ma era ancora peggio a causa di un forte odore di muffa. Ma la cosa forse peggiore era l'atmosfera: nel poco tempo in cui siamo rimasti non abbiamo visto un sorriso, personale e ospiti compreso. TERRIBILE, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Sehr kleine Zimmern für ein Familie und Sauberkeit hat gefehlt leider. Service war ausreichend hab mehr als halbe Stunde am Empfang warten müssen bevor jemand kam.

Servizio davvero eccellente e sempre disponibile. Menù abbondante e vario. Hotel molto centrale e comodo ai servizi, un po retró come arredamenti e spazi della camera e del bagno un po ristretti.
