Otel konum ve yapı olarak son derece güzel cezbediciydi. Ancak malesef odalar yeteri kadar temizlenmemişti ve banyoda sabun yoktu. Çarşaf ve yastığımızda saç ve kıllarla karşılaşınca şok olduk. Pandemi sürecinde buna çok daha fazla dikkat edilmesi gerekir diye düşünüyorum. Ancak çalışanlar son derece nazik ve güler yüzlülerdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim ancak bu denli pahalı olup pandemi sürecinde bilr temizliğe yeterli ilginin gösterilmediği bir oteli birdaha tercih eder miyim tereddütlüyüm.

The breakfast was great. Bed soooo comfy!! Showers very powerful. Only annoying thing for me was the sink was too low and the light in bathroom just above my head. The communal areas lovely. The family speak Turkish no English but google translate helps and they are so patient so please understand that and learn some Turkish. It is always appreciated especially by people in Izmir a lot of whom do not speak English. The breakfast was great. Water, slippers etc included. There is a fridge in the room with drinks but I think you have to pay for these.

Alaçatı eviniz gibi hissedeceğiniz sicak samimi bir ortamda tatill yapmak istiyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Çeşmede otel aramak gibi bir derdim kalmadığı içinde ayrıca mutluyum. Checkout yapmamıza rağmen tüm gün oteli kullanabilmemiz ve bunun için ekstra bişey yapmamız gerekmediğini kesinlikle belirtmeliyim. Güler yüz ve misafirperverlikleri için otel sahibine ve tüm personele hersey için tesekkür ederiz. En kısa zamanda tekrar gelmek için can atacağım bir haftasonu yaşattınız :)

3 gün öncesinden rezervasyon yaparken girişteki odanın olmamasını özellikle rica etmiş ve yazılı olarak da bildirmiştim . Ancak geldiğimde özellikle yapılmış gibi girişteki odayı verdiler. Üst katlardaki odalar doluymuş. Oda baya kötü biliyorum , bu konuyu belirttiğimi değiştiremiyorsanız iadesini yapmalarını istedim . İade de kabul edilmedi . İlgisizlik ve umursamazlık. Odanın içinden yüksek sesle konuşup kahvaltı yapanlara ve resepsiyondakilere seslenebilirsiniz. Oda çok küçük ve tuvalet kapısı kapanmıyor . Kahvaltı da çok kötü . Börek içinden saç çıktı. Diğer kahvaltılıkları da çay kaşığı kadar koymuşlar . Alaçatı da birçok otelde kalmış biri olarak . Bu yorumu yazmak ve insanları uyarmak sorumluluğu hissettim. Yer kalan son otel olmadıkça kalmayın derim .

Kahvaltı fena değildi. Görseldeki oda verilmedi ancak oda güzel ve genişti. Banyo daha temiz olabilirdi. Yatak rahat ve personel güler yüzlüydü. Fiyat olarak biraz hakettiğinden fazla olduğu söylenebilir. Aynı standartlarda daha ucuz otel bulunabilir.

Ardiyeden Malikaneye! 2 günlük Kerme Ottoman...

Eğer internetten rezervasyon yapıyorsanız odanızın hangi oda olacağından emin olmanız konaklamanızın ilk anında hayal kırıklığı yaşamanızı önleyecektir. Zira bana verdikleri odanın kapsıyla resepsiyon masasının arası 1,5 metreydi! Ayrıca odanızda minibarı kullanmadan önce mutlaka kontrol edin çünkü odamda minibardaki neredeyse tüm ürünlerin son kullanma tarihi geçmişti. Ve yine minibara dikkat, sabah dolaptan sızan suyla ıslanmış zemine basmak pek de hoş olmuyor. Konaklamamın ikinci gününde odamı değiştirdiklerinde (ki bu değişiklik için önce fiyat farkı talep ettiler, tabi ki böyle bir fark ödemeye yanaşamazdım ve reddettim) otelin güzel yüzüyle karşılaştım. Mis gibi sabun kokusuyla kapı açılıyor ve geniş ferah tertemiz bir oda sizi karşılıyor. Merkeze yakın ama sessiz, sakin konumuyla rahat bir uyku... Sabah kahvaltısı da gayet güzel. Bu otelde konaklamak istiyorsanız gardınızı alıp öyle gidin yoksa kendinizi o ardiyeden bozma küçücük odada bulabilme ihtimaliniz var.

Çift olarak gittiğimiz tatilimizde kapıdan girer girmez güler yüzle karşılanıp yorgunluk kahvesi ikramı ile başladı her şey, her sabah kahvaltımız aynı özenle hazırlandı, ayrılırken sarılıp, öpüşerek ayrıldık. Özellikle Demet Hanım'a sonsuz teşekkür ederiz, öyle özverili ve bir o kadar da cana yakın, güler yüzlü ki hiç ayrılmak istemedik. En kısa zamanda tekrar görüşebilmeyi diliyorum... Her şey için sonsuz teşekkür ediyorum kendilerine....
