Tatilim icin dogru bir tercih yaptıgımı dusunuyorum. Otelde benim icin hijyen cok onemli. O konuda ekstra belirtmek istiyorum. Calısanlar duzgun ve sıcak kanlıydı. Havuz kullanım alanı cok genis ve konforlu. Sezlonglar cok rahat ve modern. Otelin kahvaltısındaki yemekler yaglı degil. Normalde benim midem cok hassas. Hic bir sıkıntı yasamadım. Otoparki genis ve yeterli.bu acıdan arac park sıkıntısı da yasamadım. Genel anlamda cok memnun kaldım. Konumu ve guvenlik acısından icim rahattı. Sadece odadaki askı sayısı artarsa sevinirim. Bir de banyoda kucuk ayna eklerseniz cok iyi olur. Makyaj yaparken rahatlık oluyor. 10 gun sonra yine gelmeyi dusunuyorum. Yine burda kalıcam.

Frühstücksbuffet war immer das gleiche jeden Tag und das nachlegen dauerte lange. Badezimmer war renovierungsbedürftig , Duscharmatur unpraktisch und einiges kaputt im Bad. Lage war gut und zu alles gut erreichbar. Parken direkt und Umgebung von dem Hotel sehr gut.

Açıklamayı okuduktan sonra netleşir fikriniz kesin

Çeşme ve Alaçatı için geliyorsanız lokasyonu uzak kalıyor cluplere ve eğlence yerlerine ama aile için gelinebilir elektrik ile ilgili sıkıntıları var kartı takınca çalışmıyor her seferinde salterleri indirip kaldırmak gerekiyor kahvaltı da çeşit yok ona Aldanmayın rezervasyon yaparken çalışanlar konusunda sıkıntımız yok

Oda beklentimin altındaydı; buzdolabı çalışmıyordu ve klima odayı soğutmakta yetersiz kalıyordu. Ayrıca genel temizlik konusunda da eksiklikler vardı. Fiyat-performans açısından değerlendirildiğinde, aynı fiyata daha kaliteli seçenekler bulunabilir.

Güzel ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik.

Bugün otelden çıkış yaptık,2 gece ailem ile konakladım.otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde,sessiz sakin,çevresinde market ,eczane ,restoran oldukça fazla ,temizlik ve yatak konforu açısından güzel,kahvaltısı lezzetli ve yeterli ,hizmet hızlıydı, resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlardan bir kaç isteğimiz oldu sağolsunlar hiç ikiletmeden hemen yardımcı oldular, havuzu da çok güzel di, genel olarak biz memnun kaldık.buzdolabı ve TV artık yenilenebilir biraz eskimiş,onlar da yenilenirse daha iyi olur.herşey için teşekkür ederiz

Suena hotel memnuniyetsizliği...

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Hizmet hiç iyi değil. Tuvalet yerinden çıkmış oturunca ayrı, kalkınca ayrı oynuyordu. Yani oturunca tabana, kalkınca arka duvara vuruyordu ve küt diye ses çıkıyordu. Kahvaltı hergün aynı ve kızarmış ekmek ve pişi ekmeği kahvaltı saatinden geç çıkıyordu ve eksik ve yetersiz oluyordu. Bazı misafirler yiyemiyordu... bu hergün böyleydi. Eksilen ürünler yerine çok geç geliyordu. Sorulduğunda hazırlanıyor... geliyor... kesiliyor... deniyordu. Ama gelen yoktu. Kahvaltıya stresle oturup stresle kalktık. Masa servisi sıfırdı. Serviette, tuzluk masalarda da, göz önünde de yoktu. Eksikleri ve kusurlu malzemeleri yetkili kişiye söylememize rağmen 5 gün boyunca bir balkon kapısının kulpunu hallettiler. TV kumandası hiç çalışmıyordu. Pirizler duvara bantla tutturlmuştu. Klozet yerinden oynamıştı, küt diye ses çıkarıyordu. Banyoda kocaman hızlı hareket eden Amerikan hamam böceği vardı. Çocuklar korktu ve duş alamadılar. Böceği bizim yok etmemize rağmen. Odaya girişte kapı yatağa sürtüyordu. Zor açılıp zor kapanıyordu. Odada bir su ısıtıcı bile yok. Elin frenk diyarında iki yıldızlı otellerinin hepsinde mevcut. Mini buzdolabında su bile yok. Bir tek odanın temizliğinden memnun olduk çok şükür. Söylendiği zaman güzel temizlendi. Sağolsunlar. Bu şikayetimi bakanlık ve müdürlük merciilerinede ilettim. Bu eksikler 5 gün boyunca sürdü. Şimdi ne yaptılar bilmiyorum. Biz gittik diye sevinmişlerdir...
