In the villa Alari guests will find a private pool (6 x12 meters) and a heated jetted tub, a big gazebo where a shaded area is always available and a outdoor covered relax area with fire pit, 2 lounges, foosball, ping pong, BBQ as well as tables and chairs.


Amenities include free Wifi, free outdoor parking and private outdoor spaces with outdoor furniture.

The villa has 5 guestrooms (2 doubles, 2 tripes and a quadruple room where an additional single bed can be added) all with private bathroom, Air conditioning, safes, TVs; 2 lounges, one on the ground floor of 120 square meters and the second one on the first floor with traditional tuscan fireplace. Free WIFI is available throughout,
Alll of the rooms are located on the first floor.

The kitchen is on the ground floor and has been totally renovated in 2022 featureing all the comforts for cooking: a 5-fires stove, refrigerator, wine cellar, dish washer, ice-cubes machine, toaster, boiler, microwave, nespresso and aeroccino. There is also a small dining room for breakfast and a larger dining area in the big lounge, as well as an additional bathroom with shower on the groung floor for guests’ convenience.
Direct access to the 5000-square meters park is available from the big lounge and the kitchen, where guests will find a private outdoor area with tables and chairs.
