About 4 km from Le Colombier, the cottage is located in the village center and next to a communal parking lot. Through a secure gate, you enter the private courtyard with a terrace, equipped with spacious garden furniture. This completely renovated cottage is designed to accommodate up to 6 people with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main entrance opens onto a hall leading to a relaxation lounge on your left, and to your right, a fully equipped and functional kitchen with a dining area. You can directly access the terrace through a French window. A toilet with a hand basin is available on the ground floor. Two staircases lead to the bedrooms. The wooden staircase, accessible from the hall, leads to two bedrooms: a first bedroom with a 140*190 bed, and a second bedroom with a 140*190 bed, with a shower room between them. Through the door at the back of the kitchen, you have access to a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and sink. Next, you access a partially covered outdoor patio with a lounge area through a door. A wood and steel staircase leads to the third and final bedroom. This independent room with a private balcony includes a 140x190 cm bed, an office area, and a bathroom with an integrated toilet. On the same level, there is a large (unheated) 43 m² room, perfect for relaxing or simply reading. Electric heating. Upon arrival, beds are made, towels and utilities are included, and four adult bicycles are available for your use. This cottage is ideally located for exploring the Col du Grand Colombier, a road pass at an altitude of 1,498 m, and the must-see cycling destinations. Also worth seeing is the Marais de Lavours, a national nature reserve covering an area of 473 hectares. Activities for everyone, all year round. Wi-Fi available upon request. Das Haus war sehr sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Insbesondere in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. In die Berge und zu den Seen der Umgebung waren es nur kurze Autofahrten.
