Very well located in a nice little village with a 13th century church, the house is large, more than 240 m 2, with a large garden and a beautiful outdoor pool.
Located 10 minutes from Provins by car.
The house is occupied by Russian guests who are happy to be able to pass on some Russian and Ukrainian culture to all those who wish to discover them.
3 bedrooms with bathroom and double beds are dedicated to travelers.

Nous avons Ć©tĆ© trĆØs bien accueillis par Iouri et sa compagne ( mĆŖme si celle-ci n'Ć©tait pas prĆ©sente durant notre sĆ©jour). Les chambres Ć©taient agrĆ©ables et les lits Ć©taient confortables. Mon fils a bien profitĆ© de la piscine nettoyĆ©e tous les matins par Iouri. Il nous a Ć©galement gratifiĆ© de petites attentions.

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent week-end prolongĆ© chez Iouri et sa famille, ils ont Ć©tĆ© trĆØs accueillants tout en nous laissant notre intimitĆ©. Conforme Ć  l'annonce, maison trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e, partagĆ©e avec les hĆ“tes trĆØs sympathiques et trĆØs discrets. Dommage que la piscine Ć©tait encore un peu froide en ce dĆ©but mai trĆØs humide et froid... Les enfants se sont malgrĆ© tout baignĆ©s. La ville de Provins Ć  15 minutes en voiture est une escapade indispensable, et le jardin botanique de Marnay sur Seine, trĆØs proche, vaut la visite. On peut y pique niquer. A recommander.

Excellent sejour ! Proprietaires adorables

Nous avons passƩ avec mes enfants un excellent sƩjour dans un cadre chaleureux et apaisant. Iouri et sa famille sont aux petits soins, tres discrets et tres sympatiques. Nous avons profitƩ au max de la piscine, du ping pong , de la table en bois a l abris du soleil qui est tres agreable pour les dejeuners en exterieur. Nous reviendrons tres certainement avec grand plaisir. Nous sommes enchantƩs de ce sƩjour. Un grand merci a Iouri, Natalia et leurs enfants pour ces beaux moments passƩs chez eux.

SƩjour de 3 nuits au milieu du calme de la campagne, Ơ deux heures de Paris. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© accueillis chaleureusement par Iouri et son Ć©pouse dont la maison est situĆ©e dans un petit village Ć  environ 10km de la ville mĆ©diĆ©vale de Provins. Nous cherchions le calme de la campagne et une piscine pour passer quelques jours de dĆ©tente, et notre sĆ©jour a Ć©tĆ© une vrai rĆ©ussite. Iouri et ses deux adorables enfants Ć©taient prĆ©sents, trĆØs discrets car souvent Ć  lā€™Ć©tage de la maison ou absents Ć  lā€™extĆ©rieur. Nos chambres Ć©taient situĆ©es au rez de chaussĆ© et en sous sol nous laissant une pleine intimitĆ©. Une salle de bain avec toilettes nous a Ć©tĆ© attribuĆ©e. Le coin piscine (grand piscine creusĆ©e) avec une petite cabane Ā«Ā cuisine dā€™Ć©tĆ©Ā Ā» ainsi quā€™une terrasse couverte nous Ć©tait complĆØtement dĆ©diĆ©s, nous avons donc passĆ© la plupart de notre temps Ć  profiter de cette zone, entre Molkki, apĆ©ro et barbecue. Nous avons aussi profitĆ© des villes et villages de caractĆØre alentour : - Provins, ville mĆ©diĆ©vale comprenant de trĆØs jolis monuments historiques et des spectacles Ć©questres et de rapaces. - SĆ©zanne, un petit village de caractĆØre Ć  environ 1h de la maison en voitures, trĆØs agrĆ©able Ć  visiter. - Troyes, ville mĆ©diĆ©vale assez grande, vrai petit bijou dā€™architecture et de visites culturelles. Pour conclure, notre sĆ©jour a Ć©tĆ© une rĆ©ussite grĆ¢ce Ć  lā€™accueil chaleureux des propriĆ©taires et Ć  la prestation conforme Ć  la description et Ć  nos attentes.

TrĆØs bien accueillis, les hĆ“tes sont Ć  lā€™Ć©coute et trĆØs gentil. Le coin piscine est niquel et encore mieux que sur les photos. Les chambres sont grandes et bien amĆ©nagĆ©es. Un confort Ć  la hauteur de nos attentes avec beaucoup attention de la part des propriĆ©taires. Le petit coin extĆ©rieur piscine avec un petit cabanon amĆ©nagĆ© avec une cuisine, ustensiles, petit coin douche/toilette suffisait amplement pour notre week-end ! Un vrai paradis !

Nous avions rĆ©servĆ© Ć  la derniĆØre minute et Ć©tions initialement un peu sceptiques Ć  cause de la prĆ©sence des propriĆ©taires et de leurs enfants. Mais heureusement, nous avons maintenu notre sĆ©jour car nous avons passĆ© un week-end incroyable !! La maison est magnifique et trĆØs propre. Le jardin et les installations sont idĆ©aux (sauna, petite cuisine indĆ©pendante, ping-pong, espace de jeu pour enfants...). Les propriĆ©taires sont adorables et d'une discrĆ©tion impressionnante (mĆŖme les enfants). Ce week-end de 4 jours fut rempli de dĆ©connexion/tranquillitĆ© entrecoupĆ© de moments de partage avec les propriĆ©taires. Nous reviendrons trĆØs vite, merci.
