Nice pool
Stayed here on our way back to Rapid City. Chose it for the pool which was really nice for my kids. Hotel needs refurbishing/ maintenance. Carpets, rooms, bathrooms are worn and need upgrade. Several fitness center equipment pieces were out of order. Breakfast was good for continental.

Arrived at 9 pm and the room they gave us was only partially cleaned, fridge was turned off, freezer door open with a puddle of water in it, door was propped clear open, lights and tv on, floor not vacuumed, beds partially made with a grubby pillow missing its pillow case in the middle of the bed…I could go on. When I hauled myself and six year old son back to the front desk, they acted like it’s no big deal, what are you complaining about and when I asked for a different room, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Will not be staying here again.
