Good customer service

We needed some milk in the evening for my little boy. I noticed they had some milk in the breakfast area. The employee I asked about was more than happy to allow me to get some milk. That was above and beyond customer service I felt. She asked if we needed anything else. I don’t remember her name months later. What I do remember is she was helpful and customer service oriented.

It is a good hotel but it has seen better days. It will need some TLC to boost the services. Our room had old fixtures. For instance, the bathroom doorknob was loose and the door did not close fully.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. We chose this hotel as a half way point back home from a trip, and the price was very reasonable. Front desk gal was super friendly and very nice. She went above and beyond to treat us well. Room was clean, cozy and comfortable. We were very happy with our visit!

Clean, not modern (pool needs TLC)

This hotel is not modern. But it is kept clean. All except for the pool. The pool was a little dingy/chemically and it was pretty cold. The breakfast was nice! If the pool isn't important for your stay, I would say it's a good value hotel.
